Management contract

We are committed to delivering a finished construction and in working condition against the delivery of a fixed amount, distributed in previously agreed terms, according to the progress of the work.

We manage the client's resources, fees are agreed for the provision of services, taking it to a scheme in which the client pays the direct and indirect expenses plus the fees agreed during the entire process of the work, adapting to the client´s flow and liquidity.
